Your tasks

  • Responsibility for the shift
  • Induction of new colleagues
  • Promotion of trainees
  • Professional and high-quality food processing (half board in buffet form)
  • Responsible handling of food and work equipment
  • Compliance with hygiene (HACCP) and work safety regulations
  • Additional tasks to support the kitchen management:
    • Checking of goods and ordering
    • Preparation of menus, menu and buffet suggestions

Your profile

  • Completed training as a cook, several years of professional experience
  • Experience with varied cuisine
  • Quality awareness
  • Flexible, resilient, motivated, creative and team-oriented
  • Independent and economical work
  • Open communication with kitchen, restaurant and management staff
